You’ll move between theory and application, between detail and big picture, and between self-reflection and organisational impact.

Curriculum

Designed for professionals living and working within commuting distance of ETH Zurich, the curriculum allows you to continue your career while learning on campus and applying what you learn directly in your professional context.

The curriculum is built around exploration, not linear progression. You explore management disciplines through rigorous research-based courses; technology as a driver of strategy, operations, and innovation; and leadership through reflection, feedback, and practice. There is no single path. Your learning journey evolves as you do.

You learn by zooming in — analysing complex problems, data and decisions. You learn by zooming out — understanding interdependencies, trade-offs and long-term consequences. This constant shift builds the ability to navigate uncertainty and lead responsibly in technology-driven environments.
